Well I wouldn't quote a percentage but yeah I agree. Some will take longer to learn but outside of real crafts anything can be taught.

I'm not so sure about crafts because they sometimes require specific abilities. For example seeing a wider spectrum of colours as an artist would not be teachable if you didn't have the cones for it.

Depends on the people and what’s being taught.

If you’re teaching blacks there’s a significant likelihood they can’t learn it.

Literally impossible for them.

Job descriptions be like:

“Need someone to do basic data entry in excel. Need masters degree, PhD preferred”.
