When you use a brush pen, do you have in mind which areas of the line you want thick/thin? Or do you just draw and it happens as you create the line?

It happens because of the nature of a brush pen. the line will get thicker when I draw a curve and thinner when I draw a straight line. I can manipulate this of course but it all happens in the moment of drawing
