Fruit is awesome, nature's healthy candy, but one thing nature tells us is to do everything in balance and moderation.
Make peace with death. It's not the end. Plants feel pain too, you know. Be kind to the carrots.
If you believe what they say in the media....and my friend i do not eat carrots ....those are not fruits ...they grpw in the dark....they do not contain the sunlight like fruits do....btw i am not here to convince people...love and blessings

Fruit has stuff that helps you digest all its sugar, but I don't think it's enough. When I eat lots of sugar (or only fruit) my liver starts to hurt, and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be sustainable in the long run. Remember that your body and organs deserve kindness too.
The fact that fruit is living cells which are grown with the purpose of dying seems to be nature contradicting your thesis that life is not meant to die. Life without death becomes death; not more life.
Helo when your liver hurts when you eat fruits it means you are detoxing your liver....people think when they feel pain that there is something wrong, you are cleaning your body....btw i eat like this and i do shivambhu theraphy already 1year a half and i am 57years old and i never felt more healthy and energized in my whole life....it is all by what you believe nothing more nothing less....at the end your is made to not putting any food into it.....there is something called the ether and the sun ....there is everything what your body needs.....Have a wonderful evening..🌈 🍀 🫶 🌀 ☀️ ⚡
