Hey, I'd need a quick advice from gym-rats.

I'd like to try a 7 days period creatine loading.

I weigh around 88kg, so multiplying by .3 it would make my daily dose around 25gr.

Does anybody have experience with creatine loading? Are there any controindications?

Should I need to train more/harder to keep up with the creatine levels in my muscles?

Side effects, both temporary or permanent?
