True. Easier said than done though.

When it happens, the feeling of hurt and reaction to an abuse for example happens subconsciously. So, deconditioning, awareness of the subconscious reaction patterns is necessary to go to the depth of it and solve it thoroughly ... beyond thought.

From my own experience I can say that Vipassana meditation and to a good extent the Wim Hot method help with that ✌️
