I always have this problem on nostr:npub1jg552aulj07skd6e7y2hu0vl5g8nl5jvfw8jhn6jpjk0vjd0waksvl6n8n green wallet too.
Maybe this kind of problems will be fixed by the new L2 Bitcoin layer https://spark.info/ that will be released later this month.
The previous versions even the receive side was buggy, but that seems to be alot better now, but the send side has always been a pain in the arse!
And yet i bet you it will work on Breez
