Maybe this kind of problems will be fixed by the new L2 Bitcoin layer https://spark.info/ that will be released later this month.

Or if Green just lets you hookup to other LSPS and not only green light, that could help! As for Spark, we'll have to wait and see, I am more bullish on Ark really

The previous versions even the receive side was buggy, but that seems to be alot better now, but the send side has always been a pain in the arse!
