False. Our hearts are deceitful and wicked. Our true nature is sin. Our world is a fallen sinful place.
True happiness is found in repentance of sin, and striving to live a righteous life through full submission to a loving and just God.
Your heart might be deceitful but in The Bible it says the pure at heart will see God.
