It’s using a bunch of different npubs. Easiest way is to go to Muted then hit the + in upper right and add the phrases they are using. 
The reply guy isn't the problem.
It's trivially simple to spam Nostr in this way.
I suspect it's a friendly stress test to get people focusing on a solution to it.
Those replies could easily be something really offensive, be grateful they're not.
