Another step forward in eroding private property rights. Stop buying products you don't really want and then crying to government.
This whole thing is bs. Government and judges have absolutely no constitutional say over a private company's store, fees, etc.. if they want to exclude everyone named liberty, do it. If they want to charge 95% to be in their store, great. Stop buying their shitty products.
Disgusting that so many people are cheering this blatant disregard for private property rights and government overreach.
Well, you can't really call it a victory in court. It's some kind of absurd settlement after so many years and lost money. Of course, it could have been much worse, but for Epic, not for Apple.
