This whole thing is bs. Government and judges have absolutely no constitutional say over a private company's store, fees, etc.. if they want to exclude everyone named liberty, do it. If they want to charge 95% to be in their store, great. Stop buying their shitty products.

Well, you can't really call it a victory in court. It's some kind of absurd settlement after so many years and lost money. Of course, it could have been much worse, but for Epic, not for Apple.
