hope you enjoy ❤️ if you follow #chillstr that is what i tag when doing a nest or meditation related thoughts. nests have been infrequent bc life but hoping to change that slowly as i can. i mostly do guided meditations but am experimenting with bedtime stories bc it seems fun 😂🫂🤙
