Thank you for sharing your experience. Don't you feel weak or light headed or whatever without carbs? Are you exercising? Can you share some links that explain the diet you are on so I can check out if it is for me? Thank you

If you are interested in looking up something similar to what I'm doing, keywords would include carnivore, ketovore, the proper human diet, zero carb, low carb, keto and so on. There are various online groups for most or all of these as well as a number of YouTubers and podcasters. I hope you find something that works for you!

I am not really exercising, but I am reasonably active. With a low-carb diet that gets you into ketosis, most people find they are able to lose weight without exercising while keeping their energy up. People who are extremely physical do sometimes notice an energy drop through the first few months until they become more fat adapted.
