Gave it up a while ago, best health ROI I’ve done in a wile. Try it.

Buttered coffee is a cornerstone of my diet. I only eat one meal a day in the evening.

Yeah did that same thing for a while. Butter is the key there not necessarily the coffee. But you gotta find what works for you. Just saying my life has improved drastically by cutting out coffee.
