A few months before I had been in India and there a load of pretty healthy street dogs and they certainly weren’t eating expensive puppy biscuits. So I did a bit of research and adopted the raw food diet for my dog. I was thinking how we have all been duped into thinking a dog needs dry biscuits. But you can then see this in our own lives and how we are constantly being told what to eat etc. maybe I should take a leaf out of my own book!

One more thing I noticed in a more upscale pet shop is how all the food is labelled 'grain free', 'soybean oil free'.

I guess they are allowed yo be more truthful as they are not as closely monitored and scrutinized by the government as human 'food.'
