wss://adre.su is physically located in Russia. Unfortunately only in one location so far, I didn't have enough money for the second one (Russia is big, that's why it's important). Relay works relatively stable. Notes on it will be stored for at least a year (I hope). Later there will be a huge text on the site about the importance of following Russian laws, but don't pay attention to it for now.
