I can't imagine going back to getting blasted in the face with blue, green, and white light in the evening and early morning. πŸ”΅

On #GrapheneOS, I set Twjlight to 80% intensity with a 20% screen dim, then in settings I ensure the color temp is at it's warmest and everything is activated from 7:30PM to 9AM. πŸ”΄

I layer Android's Night Light mode on top from sunset to sunrise at about 75% intensity. πŸŒ‘

For me, the device is still plenty usable, and I can tell it's working by how bright the first real lights of the day are. 🌞

This is a handy feature to know about! When I'm working on board the ships it's real important to maintain night vision during a night watch. But sometimes of course I need to use my phone. Even with current red light maxxed and the screen dimmed it still often messes up my night vision for a good 5-10 minutes. I think this level of red would do the trick! Yet another reason I'll soon be making the switch πŸ˜…

I use night light mode, the sunrise/sunset features doesn't work for me at the moment though, it stays on even when it's day.

Twighligt looks mostly the same thing, just more options?

The schedule is the killer feature.

It's much stronger than the built-in modes, unless Graphene has something different from stock android.

Is there anything similar for Apple devices?

Search in settings for "night shift" on iOS πŸ‘πŸ»

Tried night light when it first came to Apple. Not for me.
