Is there a YouTube video with a brief explanation of Nostr and how to onboard?

That is shorter than 5 minutes long, just the basics?

I have found a couple videos similar to what I'm looking for.

I'm really looking for something where the explanation of Nostr is simplified enough for anyone to understand with no technical language and no confusing metaphors.
