Is there a YouTube video with a brief explanation of Nostr and how to onboard?
That is shorter than 5 minutes long, just the basics?
I have found a couple videos similar to what I'm looking for.
I'm really looking for something where the explanation of Nostr is simplified enough for anyone to understand with no technical language and no confusing metaphors.

This one is the best IMO because these are the key principles why Nostr exist in the first place.
This is helpful, his explanation of the keys and "why" is really simple.
The way I've been explaining it to people leans way to heavy into the censorship resistance, a lot of the people I'm trying to bring to Nostr don't really care about getting censored, when Facebook takes down your memes it's a badge of honour type shit they got nothing actually important to say, so I'm going to re-watch this a few times, try to change the way I'm explaining it, why using keys is better to an email and password.

Bitcoin is not for everyone (yet), Nostr is even more niche. Finding someone that loves the internet, loves freedom, and loves others is not common.
