I scroll Instagram for the visual artists - I’ve made friends, taken classes, followed careers, participated in art challenges, shared my art - a lot of joy and fond memories of IG for me, almost 9 years worth.

After the recent update, Meta AI is now the default search. You can tell it to go away, so you can actually search vs. ending up in a chat window, but we all know it’s still there, lurking in the background.

I feel like good friend just got terminal cancer. 😔
