You do in order to accept it

Use the nos2x extension, then you dont have to enter your nsec

You should only input your nsec into websites if you enjoy getting rekt.

Only if you don’t stick that Nsec into other sites regardless.

If you log in by allowing temporary authentication via Alby then you should be fine.

If you fill in the nsec field in a website, then not.
