the most apparent sign is if you experience feeling down and sluggish inside and better the moment you leave , or if you have better sleep in other homes or hotels but not when you’re home
I experience these “moldy people” at work where I think I am definitely allergic to. 😄

Lol but That actually can happen ! If they have mold in their homes , their clothes will be full of spores , that’s why when molds is found you’re supposed to throw all ur clothes
