Absolutely nobody wants to read bearish Bitcoin takes on here.

Bull posts feel much better to read and to write.

But I've had a bearish tweet pinned to my profile for the past 7 days because I wanted to be as transparent as possible.

I've bull-posted nonstop since the 2022 lows.

And I'll repeat: Long-term, being a Bitcoin permabull is the only rational strategy.

But one thing I learned last cycle was that people (including me) will easily overlook bearish signals because they HOPE they aren't true.

But Hope.com isn't a Strategy (oh god, the headlines from the next bottom write themselves)

Excellent read!

I actually was reading bear takes all week, but I was in denial, knowing and looking at charts and seeing it perfectly cleared painting the picture that we were going down and I was still in denial

I have to come clean.

although I have read about crypto for years, I didn't buy any until a couple of years ago.

at the exhortation of a friend, I bought ARRR at ~$4.

same friend apologised for that one, put me into DERO at $9.

In December, I saw him again and now he's a Bitcoin maxi. He told me that I'd be crazy not to buy some. I warned him that I am the Black Swan - anything I buy collapses. I was more worried about his large investment than my piddly couple of hundred USD.

I bought BTC at $103. I apologize to the entire Bitcoin community. I'm continuing to buy, so don't expect any rebound soon.
