Thanks! Yet another "official" Bisq channel on telegram. The chat help on bisqwiki dot online said it was a different one. I love using bisq when it works but when it goes wrong the downside of decentralisation bites hard. One gets so far with help systems then when it's clear it's a hard problem the line just goes dead. The last help dude just said "wow this is really confusing" and disappeared. It's now clear I can't risk using it anymore.
