Jack, if you do this, you have my word as an Android fanboy since 2010 (with dozens of Android figurines, clothes, toys, etc., yes I went hardcore Android nerd for a while) to abandon Android for your open hardware and open software model as long as it's comparable hardware wise.
hardware is hard
… but Square is underratedly good at it. it even found a way to make a Point of Sale look sexy.
