I was kind of kidding. I have seen a lot of men pass on really good women because they hyper focus on appearance and status. I have also seen women do the same.
I have witnessed men push me over to talk to the pretty girls. I have also witnessed men eye me like crazy while their partners were there. Also at the end of the day when the man is lonely, he will pick the closest woman to him, regardless of looks, but pretend he doesn't know her in the morning. :D
I agree with you. I think people need to be friends first. Get to know someone and see if you are compatible. Build real bonds, instead of superficial lustful ones.
But the only thing I kind of don't care for is if you don't find me super attractive then don't date me because you like my personality. That is not a good feeling.
