One day a very pregnant and profoundly unpleasant lady decided to smoke a cigarette in the middle of the ER while he was on shift.
He walked in, introduced himself, crumpled up her pack of cigarettes, and threw it in the trash before walking away.

his boss didn’t care much about the asthmatic who was already having trouble breathing in close proximity I guess
