Maybe he has a way with words, but these ones aren’t speaking truthfully.

Most pasture land is cleared for grazing, no different then clearing for crops, and plenty of rodents, rabbits, birds, and other creatures die because of it.

Exactly. The question becomes: What are the animals eating that you're eating?

Maybe most NEW pasture land is cleared, but I'm from the Canadian prairies and I assure you most cattle are raised on land that has been prairie for thousands of years and was NOT cleared for pasture.

Well check out Brazil sometime and see how land for cattle is created there.

Canadian cows don’t feed the world.

Between the US and Canada we produce roughly a quarter (22.8%) of the world's beef on land that was already prairie

At 1.1%, I guess you agree with me that Canadian cows do not feed the world.

Second, if you think USA cows live off of natural prairies, you’re sorely mistaken.

A majority of cows in the USA eat grains grown elsewhere.

So in saif’s made up scenario that suits his talking points, the cows actually are on both sides of the equation, eating the same grains from cleared land he is speaking against.
