#Nostr IS the most important development since Bitcoin.
Bitcoin allows for financial independence from state.
Nostr allows for the separation of information from state.
However, I suspect #Nostr is even more important than that… I suspect Nostr paves the way for separation of thought from state.
Due to our centralised mass education systems, we haven’t had separation of thought from church/state for over 1000years.
I hopeful for nostr. It's hard to bootstrap a new network but it's been impressive so far
This is true. However without hope humanity may as well quit now.
Bitcoin and Nostr are the only technologies currently providing that hope.
If Bitcoin is the printing press, Nostr is the paper.
I’m not at all suggesting that Nostr is essential for Bitcoin’s success, in my mind Bitcoin will be a success without Nostr but I believe Nostr is a very useful ally.
