With firmware version 1.0.23 you can now save your multisig wallet configurations on #BlockstreamJade. Meaning that even if you lose your backup file, as long as you have access to a Jade in your multisig quorum, your bitcoin remains accessible!

Is it still multisig if you don’t need all your signing devices but only 1 to access your bitcoin?

They are talking about the wallet descriptor file. This doesn't give access to spend your bitcoin. It is a set of instructions for how to generate addresses from any master private key. The private key is secured on the hardware.

I think it’s missing the sentence “as long as you have all your hardware wallet devices”
