Why does it even matter how long you wait to fly after a tattoo? Just keep it covered

My first tattoo artist served me beer through a straw while he was working on the back of my leg.
Nothing will happen if you get drinks after getting tattooed

Yeah don’t worry about that stuff. DO NOT go swimming or in a hot tub. KEEP it covered like the other guy said. USE un scented moisturizer often. SLAP the skin instead of itching. Not really as difficult or intimidating as may seem, nor risky. ‘Tis but a scratch!
I guess all the pirates, sailors, criminals and bikers who got tattoos must have been teetotal then 😉
