Yes Go is taking alot longer to get good at than I thought it would but I have a great website that teaches it.

That sounds so good!!!!! Ribeye is the best! I am assuming you are seeing on the stove top and finishing in the oven, no?
I just do it all on stovetop in stainless steel for steaks usually. Little butter in the pan then seer the first side 3-4 mins and the 2nd side for 2 mins.
Then de-glaze pan with white wine and that starts the gravy base 😎
