That sounds so good!!!!! Ribeye is the best! I am assuming you are seeing on the stove top and finishing in the oven, no?

I just do it all on stovetop in stainless steel for steaks usually. Little butter in the pan then seer the first side 3-4 mins and the 2nd side for 2 mins.

Then de-glaze pan with white wine and that starts the gravy base 😎

Yo! That sounds amazing! I might have to do the white wine deglaze… and do you hey the mushrooms and garlic and do it or how do you prepare that portion of it?
