What exactly do you mean by "RBF grief"?

I know that some Bitcoin Cash people like to pretend that Layer 1 is able to do instantly provide certainty that the transaction in the mempool will be confirmed as-is and will not be Replaced-By-Fee

But this is BTC, not BCH, so what's the relevance of this?
