Sometimes even jog a few (two) minutes here and there. Can't do that with actual clothes on though. Feels like my bones would shatter in this 10C cold!
I'm usually a very brisk walker but I just plodded today. I wanted to be "Present", as they say. There's a good stretch along a main road and then I peel off into a semi wooded area, I like to listen to the birds. Listening to the birds is my absolute favourite thing to do, that costs no money!
Yeah, think I'll go that route. Excellent idea. Too early for birds, but I too enjoy them. I can't whistle for shit, but I like to try and talk to them when nobody's around. It sorta works, as in we seem to sometimes do a call response thing. Works well with ravens or crows, they're smart af
