A lot of anxiety comes from fear of being called out in public and not knowing the answer. A simple, ā€œThat’s a great question, let me get back to youā€ or ā€œcan we take that offlineā€ can really help in a pinch. I also like to start of by setting the intention and genuinely being grateful to the audience for showing up and being engaged. It’s disarming for them and gets your energy vibrating joy, which the audience picks up.
