I just figured out the Primal.net issue! Or it figured itself out.
Somehow by going back and forth between the phone app and the browser app, some records must have synced.

Numbers 1-3 are usually handled by the client you’re using (e.g. Nostrudel or Nostur). Most come with default or recommended relays now so you don’t have to worry about # 4 when getting started.
You’re good to go at this point, but if you want to do some extra “verification” look into this: https://nostr.how/en/guides/get-verified
