This happens because badges.page is sometimes slow or doesn't show all of your badges until you do multiple refreshes (just relay things). Would it be possible to not display duplicates?

i have my old cub scout, webelos, and boy scout uniform in my closet. young me would be proud of my accomplishments.
Me and some others are having issues as well. The site hasn't even updated my profile bio in the past few weeks, so I'm not sure if it's fully syncing. Seems I can accept badges but I can't hide them.
