The perfect fall guy for a transition to socialism. I started to notice back in the Bush Jr. days, and then with each new politican, that the end (last half usually) of most political careers the prime minister / president just gives up the wheel to those behind the scenes as they've come to the realisation that they have no power over those pulling strings behind the scenes (swamp/bankers/etc). Only in the past few years have I specifically realised that those pulling the strings are bankers with the help of the "elites" and their peons in offices all over the world.
Biden was just in the backseat from the beginning. Dude stayed in the basement most of his campaign...
