Zelensky represents the people who eliminated the nuclear war threats to the US nation worth of decades of the US military spendings for the cost of just a couple percent of its year's budget. And it required only 1k days to fulfill. And the US just printed these money. And they where mostly paid to the US businesses in exchange for the ammunition.
Afaik Russia hasn't lost a single nuclear weapon, but they certainly lost a lot of conventional ones. Not sure how this is relevant to crypto reserves though. Like any good meme, it can be interpreted in many ways, not necessarily negative about Zelensky.
* "nuclear warhead" I should say. They did use up some missiles that are capable of carrying nukes, but have plenty left to end the world ten times over.
