First few days are the hardest - don’t be afraid to do pushups off the desk or countertop if you’re unfit like me.

Watched so much power rangers as a child haha.

Thanks zordon. For the first day I just split them out over an hour or so.

I used to do a lot of push ups, so my body has the ability. Just lacking the fitness to do them in succession for now hahahaha.

It’s so bad haha.

I just float in a tube and make proclamations 😁

Sounds like your on the right path - I’m still in the getting fit enough to get all my pushups done but I’m taking it slow and building my core, back, and arm muscles.

The first day I did them on the ground and the next few days I had to recover and reevaluate how I was gonna get this done.

Hahaha what I am concerned about is day 2 or 3 when I have stiff muscles. Might need to rest them to recover
