Could be also that the delay of a CBDC also delayed the natural immune reaction of finding neutral, non-slave money.

Although there are still USD backed stablecoins which are essentially CBDCs as well (USDT, USDC, PUSD, etc...). Perhaps this bought us some time.
Wrong, this is not a time to be "thankful for government". I never wanted to buy this 'Libre' shitcoin to begin with. Why would I need a regulator to tell me I'm not allowed to buy shitcoins even if I wanted to? 🤡
