There isn’t the equivalent of the Loki or Njord for Whatsminer. I would’ve definitely done that otherwise. Would’ve have been way easier with the failsafe design I’m trying to build as well.

Oh duh… I did not look at that closely enough. Was there a particular reason you went whatsminer over a bitmain model? Presumably cost?
Partly cost, but honestly it was just a good opportunity at the time and I was sick of beating around the bush and refusing to pull the trigger on it.
I figured I was never going to learn all of the things I needed to know to have “the perfect setup” without getting my hands dirty and just doing something.
I would do it differently today because of how I ended up with my design, but I don’t regret having the Whatsminers at all and also glad I figured it out “the hard way” both to show other people, and so any other setup I do will basically be a lot easier.
