Well, this is eerily chilling. Developers will be less incentivized to publish anything unless they do it in secret, because all open source code can be modified and used in negative ways. People will code under pseudonyms and remain anonymous, like Satoshi Nakamoto.
I’ll be in court at the same time but intend to see what the sentencing looks like.
