If #Bitcoin was a covert deepstate program. It wasn't so they could usher in a new form of money, or surveil the people who use and run the protocol. It was so they could create a decentralized and physically constrained state-space and then use the physically constrained bits of information to create a safe operating environment within cyberspace to build a superintelligent AI system they couldn't run rampant across cyberspace.
