love organic maps -- unfortunately it takes over a month for my changes on osm to show up
If you enable live updates in OsmAnd, your openstreetmaps updates usually show up in a day or two.
I've given it a chance but it does work very well in my area 😪
its pretty cool tech, id try to submit some info to https://openstreetmaps.org to improve free software maps apps like these
I personally use Magic Earth which also uses OSM but some reason worms amazingly and knows about every place and business? 🤔
How are you looking up addresses? Last time I used Organic Maps it couldn't find addresses, but then neither can OsmAnd.
I have to use a separate app to get the address coordinates.
I guess it depends on the quality of the Open Streetmap data for your area. Every street and many businesses are in OSM where I live.
