But on a serious note:
If it's a "phone less" community they would be better off with goldbacks and/or silver coins.
If it's just internet they lack then there is blockstream satellite and offline POS with ln bits
Or usd, but for a while only, possibly. Just interested to see if people actually were working on this that weren’t outright scammers— might have new solutions to some of the problems with that approach
I only see this happening on the nation-state level in places where self custody is banned.
And if I'm not mistaken there is a BTC pay server plug in out there that can print out lightning vouchers.
It wouldn't surprise me see those floating around in the near future.
