Did you change clients?
If it's any help the screenshot is from your profile on primal. The numbers shown on your profile on Iris are very different which have you at 2660 following and 386 followers. So maybe it's your client missing your relays or something client problem.
Nostur has a feature that tells you “you seem to have lost x number of followers, would you like to add them again or keep them removed” when you open it.

I also get odd behavior in Primal that caused the previous post to post 3 times it seems
