yeah, dreaming is very important, it is required for long term retention of learning. the other part of the sleep cycle, delta wave deep, unconscious sleep, is required for the immune system and the repair of tissue. a lot of things disrupt this, especially light, and secondary, noise. you look at most housing anywhere and it doesn't seem like these concerns are addressed at all, at all. street lights shining straight in windows that aren't adequately covered, constant noise of traffic, and idiots sitting at their TVs until 11 at night watching bullshit, that means anyone else who wants to sleep proper 10-4am natural sleep cycle, is disrupted by noise, and probably light as well.

None of that bothers me, at all. If anything, I struggle to not fall asleep while driving, or during boring meetings.

I could sleep around the clock, really. Always could.

i can't. i can only attribute my slow aging to genetics that make my deep sleep more effective. there is forms of yoga where they induce delta wave sleep at will and they can literally function on like 15 minutes a day, at normal levels.

i've never got around to learning how to do that. i'd love to even just lower my sleep requirement to like 4h a day. i think another part of it may have to do with digestion and diet as well. eggs and pork, are notable sources of phenylalanine and tyrosine, and eggs are my favourite. omg, i have eggs today, not factory ones also. i think that my low sleep requirement comes mainly from eggs, to be honest. i'm so stoked i got eggs again. damn. i gotta go cook some eggs. shit.

the fly in the ointment is i have some food-additive induced swelling in my bottom right molar tho, was kinda hard to eat it, but ok, i can eat more tomorrow too. it's a mission to get them though, about 7km but totally worth it, gonna do it every week at least. i'll have some beef tomorrow afternoon too, and my tallow, i forgot my damn tallow in the fridge.
