I don't understand this at all. I'm on android, created an account on my phone through Chrome browser, then downloaded the snort.social app and I can't figure out how to log in to it. I click on "sign in with android signer" but nothing happens and idk how to create a key

Ok, got logged into the app, but I don't understand the lightning wallet or nostr address. I created a nostr address, but when I enter it in and click save, it doesn't save

The sign in with Android signer is for the application called Amber. It holds and manages your key. I use this app with Amethyst actually. It's great!
I'm not going to recommend Snort though. It's really buggy. I would use Amethyst or Primal for Android. Primal is more beginner friendly. Amethyst is a power users tool.
Your Nostr address is setup. That's like an email address. It makes you easily found and identified versus giving someone a long and ugly public key address.
For a Lightning wallet, you'll need another app or website such as nostr:nprofile1qqst4qyeqenw7zm0fwjsty68h6cnys5jre2xd8ngqpjv5a2j26s78fspzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujucm0d9hx7uewd9hj75a0pev or npub.cash for example.
