Do the corporate regulations for the county mention a penalty for not following that requirement (or a blanket penalty for not following requirements in general)?
The statute they are violating is the state statute, so I would end up reporting them to the state. But I don't want to do that, I just want to want them that they are violating laws that regulate govts for a reason.
